E2BAT – Equipment for Batch Process

Version EVOLUTION

Used for dissolution in batches of sugar and other solids, able to reach a high concentration. It can also be used as a solution for the chemical process of sugar inversion.

Execute the batch process automatically, even when several steps as necessary.
Automatic measure and pre-heat of water used in the batch.
Each solid part is dosed automatically in the correct moment and controlled by weight or concentration of the final solution.
Several recipes can be charged and stored in the HMI.
Jet mixer agitation system - high efficiency, few moving parts meaning low maintenance.
Level transmitter for continuous level indication.
Level switches for High and Low level for safety operation.
Brix / concentration information of the product inside the tank.
Full capable for cip with no shadow zones or dead legs.
Equipped with spray system for high efficiency CIP.
Available in a wide range of capacities.
Historic data register of all operations (including manual) and operators.
