E2CIP – Cleaning Equipment

CIP CENTRAL station developed for the cleaning and sanitizing equipments and piping.

• Possibility to execute CIP process in several objects at the same time by using different cip circuits in one central station.
• Several CIP recipes can be charged in the system with different steps and parameters. PLC will execute every step accordingly.

• Flow measure and control to assure speed over 1,5 m/s in the process piping.
• Automatic control of temperature, concentration and time of each step, according with recipes.
• Recover and reuse of rinsing water with low concentration of detergent, bringing water saving for the process.
• Each CIP circuit is equipped with independent tubular heat exchanger, making possible different temperature set ups for each object to be cleaned, saving energy.
• Provided with deaeration system on the cip return line, thus avoiding the concentration reading errors, allowing more efficient rinses, safe and water saving.
• Automatic correction concentration of the detergent solution in the storage tank.
• Allow self CIP of central cip tanks.
• Level transmitter for continuous level indication in the screen.
• Level switches for High and Low level for safety operation.
• Historic data register of all operations (including manual) and operators.
